RTV will telecast three dramas about the everyday struggles of women to mark International Women’s Day. Directed by three female film-makers, Choyonika Chowdhury, Sraboni Ferdous and Preety Dutta, the dramas will constitute the “Preronay Narir Golpo” series for the second time.
The signing of this project took place on Sunday, January 6. The CEO of RTV Syed Ashikur Rahman, directors Choyonika Chowdhury, Sraboni Ferdous and Preety Dutta, and other officials of the channel were present at the event.
Syed Ashikur Rahman said: “Modern day women are progressive. We see its reflection in the society. There are many inspirational stories of women, which we want to highlight through ‘Preronay Narir Golpo’.”
