Maznun Mizan is a well-known TV personality in Bangladesh, while Belal Khan reigns in the world of music and for the first time ever, Mizan and Khan teamed up for a music video. The title of the song is “Patar Banshi”. It’s actually a duet of Belal Khan and Sabrin.
JK Majlish composed the song with A Mizan’s lyrics and Belal Khan’s tune. Model and actress Rani Ahad and Maznun Mizan starred in the video. This is also the first time the actor duo worked together. Topu Khan directed the video by capturing several locations of the scenic Manikganj and Savar area.
The video has been released on several social media platforms including YouTube on March 3 under the banner of renowned audio-video production and distribution house CMV. The video is also available to stream on GP music.
Talking about debuting in a music video, actor Mizan says: “For the first time in my career, I’ve worked in a music video. I’ve agreed to work after listening to the track and learning the story of the video. Now I’m impressed to see the final product. It feels like I’ve discovered myself again. I believe the audience will love it.”
Singer Belal Khan says: “The lyrics and the tune, as well as the video of the song all fit too well. I am positive that the audience will like it. This is one of my favourites.”
Rani Ahad, on the other hand, is rather excited about her latest work. She says: “I’ve worked in music videos before but this particular job brought me a different type of satisfaction.”
