Sia shares nudes ‘for free,’ outsmarts paparazzi

Update : 08 Nov 2017, 10:17 PM
The very private Australian singer and songwriter, Sia Furler, has outsmarted the paparazzi in their apparent attempt to sell naked pictures of her, by publishing the nude images herself in Twitter. The singer, who regularly hides her face with masks, wigs or even a paper bag in public has reacted the attempts, posted the picture on Instagram with a gleeful caption that read: “Someone is apparently trying to sell naked photos of me to my fans. Save your money, here it is for free. Everyday is Christmas!” Through her post, she quite tactfully also promoted a Christmas album which will be coming out soon. According to the Guardian, the post suggested that a picture agency had been attempting to sell 15 images of the artist, including at least one in nude. However, it is not clear to whom the pictures were being offered. It is also unclear whether the agency FameFlyNet, whose watermark was superimposed on the photo, was selling them. Sia is one of the most famous songwriters, who wrote hits for Rihanna, Beyoncé, Kay Perry and Adele, and sold millions of her own records. This, however, is not the first time a celebrity has outsmarted the paparazzi. Actor Daniel Radcliffe once wore the same outfit for six months in 2007 to annoy the paparazzi. He wore the same jacket and a hat so that it would look like the same day, making the pictures un-publishable.
