The mom-to-be superstar received the Glamorous Diva of the Year award at the LUX Golden Rose Awards show, recently. The host Arjun Kapoor asked the actress when her fans can expect to see her back in action on her ‘high heels, to which she replied, “I will be back on my toes within a month of my delivery. You (Arjun Kapoor) have played my husband in Ki & Ka and you should be grooving on high heels, not me.”
Kareena has already signed for Rhea Kapoor’s Veere Di Wedding, which will also star Sonam Kapoor and Swara Bhaskar. Earlier this year, in July, Kareena’s husband Saif Ali Khan announced that the couple is expecting their first child in December.
