Dhaka has been grappling with polluted air, as it continued to rank among the top five cities with the most polluted air in the world in the index.
The city scored 196 on Friday morning, according to data from AirVisual, a smartphone app that shows users real-time air pollution index of any city.
Delhi, Lahore and Hangzhou respectively occupied the top three spots.
