Stuck in the monsoon flood, people living in the southern part of Medinimandal union in Louhajang upazila, Munshiganj, have been going through extreme hardship for the past few days. Erosion along the bank of Padma River has allowed the swelling river water to flood the entire area. There is no access to food and drinking water, and then there is the risk of catching waterborne diseases. The photos were taken on Thursday, July 23, 2020
