In pictures: Thousands leave Dhaka flouting lockdown rules as Eid nears

Homegoers flock to the Shimulia-Kathalbari ferry terminal in Munshiganj on Monday morning to head home for the upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr holidays.

Although there were only four to five ferries along the route a few days ago, at least 14 ferries were seen actively transporting vehicles, goods and passengers since the morning.
