Little children take oath to make Bangladesh a non-communal and democratic country with the inspiration of liberation war through establishing equal rights and solidarity among the people of the country.
The little angels took the oath on Friday in a program titled ‘Muktir Utshab’ at Dhaka University central playing field, organised by Liberation War Museum.
The program was inaugurated with hoisting National Flag and singing National Anthem around 9pm while sculptor Ferdousi Priyobhashini read out the oath statements.
Speaking at the occasion Professor Mohammad Zafar Iqbal, addressing the students, said, “Our time has come to an end now it is you who have to take the responsibility to take Bangladesh ahead.”
He urged the youths to hold onto the glorious history of liberation war to fight against anti-liberation and communal forces and to love the county like a mother.
