Fahmida Nabi’s 12th solo album “Ichchhe Hoy” is on the way to hit the market this month. All songs are composed by two great musician brothers Naquib Khan & Shahbaz Khan Pilu. This is the first time they have composed a whole album for a singer. Moreover, popular singer Bappa Mazumder has lent his voice in a duet song. Celebrated lyricist Zulfiqar Russel has written all the songs.
Regarding the album Fahmida Nabi said to Dhaka Tribune, “We have completed the recording only in seven days. But, we did not compromise with quality. The songs are very melodious and rhythmic. It was a blessing to work with Naquib bhai and Pilu bhai and the lyrics are really moving. Overall, the teamwork was excellent and the audience, hopefully, will find the extract in the album.”
Earlier this year, the eminent singer has launched an album “Ei Bhalobasha” with Limon and another solo album “Ami Palte Jaini” is scheduled to be released in this eid-ul-azha.
Zulfiqar Russel has also expressed his satisfaction since a bunch of great personalities of the music industry has worked in the album. “I have tried my best to give good lyrics to the music lovers. Likewise my previous works, this is another dimension of expressing my feelings. I request to the audience to buy ‘original’ CDs from the market.”
The album is releasing under the banner of Laser Vision.
