Rock Metal T-Shirt, a rising alternative t-shirt brand, on Friday celebrated the opening of its new store at Rangpur Sadar at shop #Ex-02 RAMC Shopping Complex.
The event was attended by its owner, Arefin Sowrob, along with heads of various departments, designers, and customers.
During the opening ceremony Sowrob said, “This is our first showroom in Rangpur but our eighth overall outlet.”
Regarding Rock t-shirt Arefin Sowrob said: “A Rock Metal T-shirt is a staple of alternative fashion, often featuring bold, dark, and rebellious designs that represent the raw energy of rock and heavy metal music. These T-shirts are not just clothing items but statements of musical taste, attitude, and cultural identity. Rock metal t-shirts have become more than just a piece of clothing—we are a bold expression of identity and allegiance to a genre that thrives on rebellion, power, and raw emotion.”
He also talks about his journey, “I opened the first showroom in Chittagong. After that we opened showrooms in Mymensingh, Habiganj of Sylhet, Rangamati, Patuakhali, Naogaon, Tangail, and Dinajpur, one after another.”
The new store showcases Rock Metal T-Shirt’s winter and summer collection.
The collection includes a variety of styles for both men and women, but focusing is focused especially on teens.
“Mainly our customers are students. The price is affordable as always. You can get our premium quality t-shirts usually between Tk450 and Tk650,” he added.
“We want to maintain the trust and love of our customers by presenting our products in a better way. That will continue in future too,” Sowrob said.
The journey of rock metal t-shirts started in 2017 when two friends met.
After just three months, Sowrob’s partner left the business. But by the beginning of 2021, quite a good response started coming, and sales continued to increase.
Then he decided to open a showroom. Now Rock Metal T-Shirt added an eighth showroom to its tally.
