At Amaya Food Gallery, there will be a collection of fresh seasonal juices with the classic almond milk. An exclusive collection of dates and nuts will surround three different minor stations: cold station for seasonal fresh cuts, shwarma station for Arabic chicken shwarma with condiments and carving station for Lamb Quzi on Arabic khabsa rice. The Japanese station will feature live sushi and sashimi while the Chinese station will have honey chicken, szechuan fish among others. Last but not least, the Indian station will have regulars such as kebabs and there will also be six special highlights, including Mughlai shahi mutton korma and pomfret masala. All stations will contain huge variety of delicacies to choose from.
To finish off, one must try the delightful range of pastries at the Pastry Corner featuring Turkish Buklava, Turumba, Reshmi Jalebi and a fine collection of assorted French pastries.
