The trailer for Radhika Apte’s new film “Bombairiya” was released on the Zee Music Company YouTube channel on Wednesday. “Bombairiya” is due to be released on January 11.
The trailer shows Radhika playing a public relations manager named Meghna, who gets mixed up in a series of strange events after her mobile phone gets stolen.
According to the trailer, Meghna’s worst nightmare is about to come true but Mumbai will make it worse. A strange adventure ensues as Meghna attempts to retrieve her mobile phone from a man, played by Siddhanth Kapoor, who in turn is being followed by a Criminal Investigation Department officer, portrayed by Amit Sial. A film actor, played by Ravikishan, also wants Meghna’s phone, because it has an embarrassing video related to him. Additional stakeholders, including a hitman and a witness to a crime, are also added to the drama that unfolds in the film.
This drama film is written and produced by Michael E Ward, and directed by Pia Sukanya. The film also stars Shilpa Shukla, Akshay Oberoi, and Adil Hussain.
