Agricultural Marketing Company Ltd (AMCL Pran) has approved 32% dividend for its shareholders for the year 2020-2021 at the 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held at digital platform on Sunday.
Chairman Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, Managing Director Eleash Mridha, Director Sabiha Amjad, Director on behalf of Property Development Ltd Uzma Chowdhury, Independent Director Md Abdus Salam, Director (Accounts) Choudhury Atiur Rasul, Director (Marketing) Chowdhury Kamruzzaman, Chief Financial Officer Mohammad Yeamin, Company Secretary Advocate Kazi Abdur Rahman, and shareholders’ of the company attended the AGM.
