Bd Thai Aluminium has recommended a 2% cash dividend for general shareholders other than sponsors and promoters for the year ended on June 30, 2021.
In a filing with Dhaka Stock Exchange on Sunday, the company also reported earnings per share (EPS) of Tk1.25 and net asset value (NAV) per share of Tk28.11 for the year ended on June 30, 2021, as against Tk0.21 and Tk27.60 respectively for the same period of the previous year.
The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company is scheduled to take place online on December 27, 2021.
Its closing price was Tk24.4 during Sunday’s trade.
