MJL Bangladesh Limited has recommended a 55% cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2021.
In a filing with Dhaka Stock Exchange on Tuesday, the company also reported consolidated earnings per share (EPS) of Tk7.53 and consolidated net asset value (NAV) per share of Tk39.69 for the year ended on June 30, 2021, as against Tk5.52 and Tk36.66 respectively for the same period of the previous year.
The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company is scheduled to take place on December 15, 2021, via a digital platform.
The closing price of its shares was Tk98.7 during Tuesday’s trade.
