Share prices at the country’s both bourses -- Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) –- continued to gain on Monday.
The DSE benchmark index, DGEN gained 16.78 points or 0.41 percent to reach 4096.76 points at the closing of the day’s trading.
Of the issues traded at the DSE on the day, 89 gained, 170 declined and 14 remained unchanged as shares worth Tk 470.45 crore changed hands.
Similarly, the CSE key index, CSCX gained 33.80 points to stand at 7687.52 points. Of the issues, 63 advanced, 122 suffered loss and nine remained unchanged.
Shares worth Tk 56.54 crore were traded at the CSE on the day.
