Bay Leasing & Investment Limited has recommended a 10% cash dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2020.
In a filing with Dhaka Stock Exchange on Wednesday, the company also reported consolidated earnings per share (EPS) of Tk1.14 and consolidated net asset value (NAV) per share of Tk19.80 for the period against Tk1.07 and Tk19.32, respectively, for the same period of the previous year.
The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company is scheduled to take place on November 4 via a digital platform.
During Wednesday’s trade, the closing price for each of its shares was Tk36.5.
