The 23rd annual general meeting (AGM) of Union Capital Limited (UCL) was virtually held on Wednesday.
UCL Chairman Chowdhury Tanzim Karim presided over the meeting, said a press release.
Among the Directors Nadeem A Chaudhury, Sabita Rezwana Rahman, Independent Directors Munshi Shafiul Haque, Md Abdus Salam, Hasina Sheykh, Muhammad Shahadat Hossain Siddiquee, Managing Director & CEO Chowdhury Manzoor Liaquat, Company Secretary Tauhidul Ashraf, Executive Vice President & CRO ANM Golam Shabbir and CFO Balayet Hossain were present.
Auditors' representative Shahidul Islam and other shareholders also participated in the said AGM.

The company was founded on August 9, 1998.
