The DGEN closed at 3662 with a marginal rise of 1.52 points or 0.04%, hitting its highest 3677.23 in the mid-session and lowest 3658.55 in the first session. The fall extended for the two consecutive sessions.
The newly introduced benchmark index, DSEX, witnessed fractional fall of 0.70 points or 0.01% to 3515. The DS30 gained 1.87 points or 0.14% to 1306.
The Chittagong Stock Exchange Selective Category Index, CSCX, was up 19 points to 6959.63.
The total turnover value at DSE hit two and a half week low value of Tk1.2 bn, a drop of 9% over the previous session’s value.
