The prices of the most shares on the country’s premier bourse came down on Monday.
DGEN, the benchmark General Index of Dhaka Stock Exchange, dropped 6 points to reach 3,660 points at the closing of the day’s trading.
Trade deals stood at 54666 with transactions at Tk 1,334 million. Of the issues traded, 102 advanced, 138 declined and 30 remained unchanged.
RNSPIN topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 108 million having changed hands.
Chittagong stocks also followed the suit, with the CSE Selective Categories Index climbing down to 6940 by dropping over 55 points.
Out of the issues traded, 43 gained, 122 declined and 25 remained unchanged.
