Share prices at the country’s both bourses -- Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) -- witnessed downtrend in early hours of trading on Monday, the second trading day of the week.
The DSE benchmark index, DGEN shed 5.23 points or 0.14 percent to reach 3661.75 at 11:00 am. Of the issues traded till then, 31 gained, 100 declined and 25 remained unchanged.
The CSE key index, CSCX lost 5.61 points to stand at 6990.76, also at 11:00 am. Of the issues traded till then, 60 gained, 13 declined and 39 remained unchanged.
