DSE, CSE on track of gain

After first one hour of trade, DSEX, the prime index of the DSE, went up by 14.41 points or 0.29% to reach 4860.50 points, reports UNB. The DS30 index, comprising blue chips, added 2.80 points or 0.15% to stand at 1788.27 points. The DSE Shariah Index (DSES) climbed by 2.89 points or 0.25% to reach 1155.07. DSE turnover stood at Tk 3137.29 million when the report was filed at 11:50am. Of the issues traded till then, 137 advanced, 118 declined and 54 remained unchanged. IFADAUTOS was the most traded stocks with shares worth Tk 168.98 million changing hands. The port city bourse, CSE, also gained in early hour with its Selective Category Index – CSCX – adding 29.49 points to stand at 9096.59, also at 1:57 am. Of the issues traded till then, 103 advanced, 70 slumped and 24 remained unchanged with a turnover value of Tk 21.8 crore.
