The 471st board meeting of Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC was held on Thursday, October 29 at the bank’s head office.
Chairman of the board of directors Badiur Rahman presided over the meeting.
The overall business performance of the bank was reviewed and several policy decisions were taken at the meeting.
Vice chairman of the Board Salim Rahman, Hafez Md Enayet Ullah, Mohammad Abdus Salam, Engr Kh Mesbah Uddin Ahmed, Md Rafiqul Islam, Anwar Hossain, Khwaja Shariar, SM Zahir Uddin Haider, observer Mohammad Anisur Rahman, director (IBRPD), Bangladesh Bank, managing director Mohd Rafat Ullah Khan, company secretary Mohammad Moniruzzaman, and senior executives of the bank were present at the meeting.
