The agreement was signed by Takiyan Chowdhury, executive vice president, secured consumer financing & embedded payments of Prime Bank, and Md Sabiat Islam, CEO of Maven Autos Limited.

The signing ceremony was also attended by Samia Ahmed, managing director of Maven Autos Limited, along with senior officials from both Prime Bank and Maven Autos Limited.
