The 416th board meeting of Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC was held on Wednesday.
Chairman of the Board of Directors Khwaja Shahriar presided over the meeting.
Directors of the Bank Md. Shahin Ul Islam, Md. Abdul Wadud, Mohammad Asraful Hassan, Managing Director and CEO Farman R. Chowdhury, Additional Managing Director Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan, and senior executives of the bank were present at the meeting.
Director of Bangladesh Bank Khaled Mahbub Morshed, Additional Director Mridha Nabi Hossain, Joint Director Shikder Abul Bashar and Assistant Director Hasib Ahmed were also present at the meeting.
