The 19th board meeting of the newly formed Board of the Directors of Union Bank PLC was held at the bank’s Head Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka on Sunday.
Chairman of the bank Md Fariduddin Ahmed presided over the meeting.
Besides, chairman of the bank’s risk management committee Md Humayun Kabir, chairman of the audit committee Sheikh Zahidul Islam, independent director Md Shahidul Islam Zahid, managing director (CC) of the bank Shafiuddin Ahmed, deputy managing directors Md Jahangir Alam and Mohammad Iqbal were also present at the meeting.
