The 11th annual general meeting (AGM) of NRB Bank Limited was held on June 27 at Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel.
The bank declared 10% cash dividend for general shareholders and 6% cash dividend for sponsors & directors for the year 2023.
Mohammed Mahtabur Rahman, chairman of the bank, presided over the meeting.
Among others, vice chairman Golam Kabir, chairman of the audit committee Md Motior Rahman, directors Bayzun Nahar Chowdhury, Mohammed Jahed Iqbal, Dr. Rahman & shareholders, managing director & CEO (CC) Md Omar Faruk Khan, and company secretary Md Rezaul Karim also attended the meeting.
Some directors & shareholders were present physically while others attended virtually.
