CES, DFFB hold discussion on digital banks in Bangladesh

The Centre for Enterprise and Society (CES), University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) and the Digital Finance Forum Bangladesh (DFFB) recently organized a webinar titled “Digital Banks: A Global Perspective” in association with Global Fintech Institute (GFI) and Global Impact FinTech (GIFT) on Saturday.
Tohurul Hasan, DFS specialist, a2i Program and director, DFFB moderated the webinar, says a press release issued on Monday.

Malik Khan Kotadia, president, Global Impact FinTech (GIFT), was the key note presenter of the webinar.

Leo Koesmanto, Chia Hock Lai and Rachel Freeman were the panellists of the webinar.

The discussion revolved around the notion of digital bank, global best practices, existing challenges, product design, and so forth.

The panellists also lent their expertise to shed light on Bangladesh’s market adaptability and shared strategic direction for the upcoming digital bank players.

Following the discussion, Mushfiqur Rahman presented his vote of thanks to all the panellists and audiences highlighting the emerging potential and importance of digital bank in Bangladesh’s Fintech ecosystem.
