Meghna Bank Ltd recently held its 105th board meeting at its head office of Suvastu Imam Square at Gulshan-1 in the capital.
HN Ashequr Rahman MP, chairman of the bank, presided over the meeting, said a press release.
Vice Chairman of Meghna Bank Limited Md Kamal Uddin, Managing Director and CEO Sohail RK Hussain and directors of the board were also present the meeting.
The ongoing business performances, activities and various credit proposals of the bank were approved at the meeting.
