Earlier, the local brand provided the benefit of replacement guaranty to its fridges for six months.
Now the period of this benefit has been extended by six months more. The company wants to assure its valued customers of highest standard of products, said a press release.
Alongside replacement guaranty, the users of Marcel refrigerators will also enjoy a 10-year compressor replacement guaranty.
Marcel has been able to extend the product replacement guaranty as it has earned capacity to produce necessary parts at its own factory through following zero tolerance policy on quality issue, continuous improvement of the product quality by the highly meritorious and skilled engineers.
Senior Deupty Director Anisur Rahman Mallik said: “We extended the replacement guaranty on the fridges up to one year as we have confidence that our products are up to the international standard. We are taking the initiative as a challenge.”
Marcel’s Marketing Head (North) Mosharaf Hossain Razib said: “Today’s declaration is a result of following zero tolerance policy on quality issue of our produced refrigerators.”
According to Marcel’s Marketing Head (South) Shamim Al Mamun, the extension of replacement facility is a gift for customers as Marcel is always trying to manufacture products and offer services as per the customers demands and tastes.
