Ulkasemi Pvt. Limited has signed an agreement with MetLife Bangladesh to provide comprehensive insurance coverage for its employees and their eligible dependents.
Through this partnership, Ulkasemi employees and their dependents will receive financial protection against accidents, disabilities, and loss of life, along with in-patient, outpatient, and maternity insurance coverage.

Ulkasemi selected MetLife as its insurance provider due to MetLife’s consistent track record in claims settlement, customized solutions, advanced digital dashboard, cashless hospitalization and ambulance services, and strong financial position, which enables faster and hassle‑free claims payments.
MetLife settled Tk2,853 crore in claims in 2025 and Tk1,384 crore in the first six months of 2026, both the highest in the life insurance industry.
The agreement signing ceremony was attended by Mohammed Enayetur Rahman, chief executive officer of Ulkasemi Pvt. Limited, and Mohammad Kamruzzaman, assistant managing director & chief corporate business officer of MetLife Bangladesh, along with other senior officials.
