VMOTO has officially launched two new electric scooters in the Bangladesh market.
One of them is the CU Ducati Edition, a special electric bike developed under an official licensing collaboration with the world-famous Italian premium motorcycle brand Ducati.
The other is the VMOTO CU Mini, a smaller, lighter and more city-focused version.
The CU Ducati Edition can travel up to 80 kilometres on a single full charge.
The scooter has been launched in Bangladesh by Simba Motors.
Alongside selling VMOTO scooters, Simba Motors will also provide customer services to buyers.
Inspired by Ducati’s racing heritage, the new CU Ducati Edition features racing-inspired colours, graphic design and a sporty look, giving the scooter a distinctive identity.
Along with providing an environment-friendly urban commuting option, the model is designed for customers who prefer a premium and racing-inspired design.
The CU Ducati Edition has a top speed of 55 kilometres per hour and a maximum motor power of 2.3 kW. It can travel up to 80 kilometres on a single full charge.
The electric bike comes with a 72V 24Ah battery, which takes around four hours to fully charge. The price of the CU Ducati Edition has been set at Tk 175,000.
On the other hand, the VMOTO CU Mini has been designed mainly for short-distance daily commuting.
Its easy handling, comfortable movement through traffic and convenient parking in small spaces make it suitable for urban travel. Previously, only the VMOTO CU model was available in VMOTO’s lineup in Bangladesh.
The highest configuration of the VMOTO CU Mini comes with a 1.4 kW motor, a top speed of 45 kilometres per hour, and a riding range of up to 70 kilometres on a single charge.
It is equipped with a 60V 24Ah battery, which takes around four hours to fully charge. The price of the VMOTO CU Mini has been set at Tk 115,000.

With the addition of the new CU Ducati Edition and CU Mini, VMOTO’s product lineup in Bangladesh has become more extensive.
