One of Bangladesh's leading ceramic tile manufacturers won the "Decent Work and Economic Growth" award and also received an Honourable Mention in the "Most Sustainable Real Estate Company of the Year – Building Materials Company" category.
Sheltech Ceramics earned the winner's title in the "Decent Work and Economic Growth" category for its initiative, "Progress Through People: Transforming Bangladesh's Largest Island".
The recognition highlights the company's efforts to integrate sustainable business practices with local employment, skills development and long-term community engagement in Bhola, where its manufacturing facility is located.
This achievement reflects the company's belief that long-term business success goes hand in hand with the progress of the people and communities it serves.
The company also received an Honourable Mention for its documentary, "Crafting Tomorrow: Transforming Bangladesh's Largest Island", which showcases how responsible industrial development can contribute to the social, economic and environmental progress of local communities.
