Daffodil International University (DIU) and the Daffodil Family have officially opened applications for the Teaching Apprenticeship Fellowship (TAF) 2026 and Apprenticeship Program 2026.
These long-running initiatives continue to provide young talents with opportunities to gain practical experience, leadership skills, research exposure, and professional readiness.
Over the last ten-year period, these two programs have helped hundreds of young individuals establish successful careers in teaching, research, administration, human resource management, marketing, information technology, business development, and other professional fields.
Md Sabur Khan, chairman of the board of trustees of Daffodil International University and chairman of the Daffodil Family, said: “Our goal is not merely to create job seekers; we aim to develop individuals who can lead, innovate, conduct research, and contribute positively to society. In today’s world, success depends not only on academic qualifications but also on practical experience, problem-solving abilities, technological competence, and leadership skills.”
In response to the evolving demands of the workplace shaped by artificial intelligence, technological transformation, and changing industry needs, both the TAF and Apprenticeship programs have been redesigned with a future-focused approach. Participants will gain hands-on experience in teaching, research, student mentoring, academic leadership, business operations, project-based assignments, innovation, entrepreneurship development, and AI-enabled practices.
From this year, several new components have been incorporated into both programs, including AI-based assessment, career growth simulation, leadership observation, weekly challenges, mentor-based development, and industry-academia integration.
Participants will be evaluated not only through training outcomes but also based on their performance, responsibility, leadership potential, ethical values, innovative thinking, and overall contribution.
Applications are open to final-semester university students, recent graduates, young professionals, aspiring educators and researchers, entrepreneurs, and individuals interested in technology and artificial intelligence.
Interested applicants are required to apply online. Candidates will be initially shortlisted based on their academic background, skills, leadership experiences, and future aspirations. Shortlisted applicants will then participate in assessment, presentation, and viva sessions.
