Country’s superbrand and tech giant Walton has announced the launch of "Digital Campaign Season 24" across the country on the occasion of the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha.
Under this new season, customers purchasing Walton refrigerators, air conditioners, washing machines, or BLDC fans have the opportunity to become a millionaire by winning Tk10 lakh.
In addition to the millionaire offer, customers are also guaranteed various rewards, including cashback worth lakhs of taka and official Argentina football team jerseys.
These benefits will be available from April 8, until the day of Eid-ul-Azha at any Walton Plaza, distributor showroom, or their online platform 'E-Plaza'.
The official inauguration of Season 24 took place on Wednesday (April 8) at the Walton Corporate Office in the capital.
SM Mahbubul Alam, managing director of Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC, officially declared the season open.
The ceremony was also attended by popular film actress and Walton Fridge brand ambassador Bidya Sinha Saha Mim, and National Team star pacer and ‘Face of Walton AC’ Taskin Ahmed, along with other senior officials.
SM Mahbubul Alam said: "Walton is a customer-centric brand. We provide special benefits to our customers during every major festival. Following that tradition, we are offering the millionaire benefit once again for Eid-ul-Azha. To date, 44 customers have become millionaires by purchasing Walton products in previous seasons, which has significantly improved their lives. This campaign has gained immense popularity nationwide, and we believe Season 24 will be 100% successful with spontaneous customer participation."
During the campaign, when a customer purchases a fridge, AC, washing machine, or BLDC fan, their name, mobile number, and the product's barcode are digitally registered.
Through a fully computerized system, customers receive an SMS notifying them if they have won Tk10 lakh, cashback, or an Argentina jersey.
The respective showroom authorities then hand over the prizes to the winners.
Walton is building a 'Digital Customer Database' to automate after-sales service.
By storing customer details and product model numbers on Walton's server, customers can receive swift service from any Walton Service Center nationwide, even if they lose their warranty card.
This system also allows service representatives to gather direct feedback from users.
