Uttara Motors Ltd organized “Falguner Pitha Utshab ’26”, a vibrant and colorful cultural festival celebrating the spirit of spring and the rich tradition of Bangladeshi Pitha.
The event brought together employees from across the organization, creating a joyful atmosphere filled with warmth, creativity, and togetherness.
All employees of Uttara Motors Ltd. were invited to participate, making the event a truly inclusive celebration.
A total of 13 departments enthusiastically took part, presenting a wide variety of traditional Pitha, showcasing cultural diversity and culinary creativity.
The program was jointly inaugurated by Matiur Rahman, chairman & managing director; Mujibur Rahman, deputy managing director; Rafiqur Rahman, director; Humayun Kabir, director – finance & admin; Nayeemur Rahman, director – business planning; and Mashfiqur Rahman, planning & development engineer.
Matiur Rahman emphasized the importance of preserving cultural heritage and strengthening teamwork through such initiatives.
He appreciated the active participation and enthusiasm of employees, highlighting that events like this help build stronger bonds within the organization and foster a positive workplace culture.
The festival featured colorful stalls, traditional decorations, and a lively environment where employees enjoyed the unique flavors of various pitha while celebrating the season of Falgun.
