Brac, in partnership with MetLife Foundation, has officially launched Career Hub in Rangpur, a one-stop platform aimed at supporting youth with the skills, guidance, and opportunities needed to succeed in today’s workforce.
This initiative is designed to directly support 3,000 youth through career counselling, job- readiness training, climate awareness education, and meaningful employer connections.
Funded by MetLife Foundation and designed and implemented by Brac’s Skills Development Program, Career Hub is a holistic intervention connecting youth with jobs by aligning skills development with career goals.
The program collaborates with businesses, universities, and local employers to bridge the gap between education and employment, providing a sustainable pathway to economic independence.
This is one of MetLife Foundation’s many initiatives aimed at supporting and empowering communities in Bangladesh.
