In alignment with the "Festival of Youth 2025," the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA) has organized the "National Skills Competition 2025" with active participation from the youth.
As per the decision of the central committee of the National Skills Competition 2025, the final round of the 'Painting and Decorating' skill category was held on June 24 at the Berger Training Institute in Dhaka.
One of the main objectives of this competition is to select skilled competitors for participation in the 48th WorldSkills Competition, to be held in Shanghai, China in 2026.
Mohammad Solaiman Mia, principal of the Berger Training Institute, served as a judge for the competition.
Distinguished guests who visited the event included Abdus Samad, member (coordination & assessment) and joint secretary of NSDA; Mina Masud Uz-Zaman, member (planning & standards) and joint secretary of NSDA; Enamul Karim, director of NSDA; along with other officials.
From Berger Paints Bangladesh Ltd., Sabuj Swapan Barua, head of channel engagement, and other representatives were present.
Additionally, Mohsin Habib Chowdhury, chief operating officer and director of Berger Paints Bangladesh Ltd, conveyed his best wishes for the overall success of the “National Skills Competition 2025.”
