Premier Bank and National Pension Authority have signed an MoU at the Ministry of Finance for registration of Universal Pension Schemes and collection of subscription fees.
Mohammad Abu Jafar, managing director and CEO, Premier Bank, and Md Mahiuddin Khan, executive chairman, National Pension Authority, have signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations.
Dr Md Khairuzzaman Mozumder, secretary, Finance Division, Ministry of Finance, was present during the signing ceremony.
Other higher officials of both organizations were also present on that occasion.
Under this agreement, subscribers can enroll in registration for Universal Pension Schemes and pay their monthly subscription fees through Premier Bank.
