Sheltech (Pvt) Ltd announced the signing ceremony of two of its brand-new ventures, Sheltech Saber Marium Square, a mixed-use project situated at Plot 86, Panchlaish R/A, Chittagong, and Sheltech Hill View, a residential project located at Plot 44-45, VIP R/A, South Khulshi, Chittagong.
The signing ceremony took place at the Sheltech’s Chittagong office on April 22.
The agreements for both projects were formally signed between Tanvir Ahmed, managing director of Sheltech Group, and the respected landowners of the two projects.
The momentous event was graced by the presence of Md Sharif Hossain Bhuiyan, executive director; Shajahan, chief operating officer; Engr. Hosneara Parvin, chief business officer; Md. Imam Hossain, AGM, business development (Chittagong) of Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd.
Other senior officials and key team members were also present at the event.
Sheltech embarked on its journey in the landscape of Chittagong with the goal of developing modern, safe, and architecturally stunning residential and commercial buildings.
Sheltech believes that with these two remarkable developments, the real estate sector of Chittagong is poised to enter a new era.

Sheltech 37th Anniversary Fair is currently being held at its Dhaka and Chittagong offices, and will continue until May 15.
The fair will be open daily, from 10 AM to 6 PM, including Fridays.
A special offer of up to Tk25 lakh will be provided for booking apartments or commercial spaces at the anniversary fair.
