Akij Fair Value, the retail grocery chain of Akij Venture Group, has signed a merchant pay service agreement with Meghna Bank to provide cashless grocery experience to its clients.
Under this arrangement, MeghnaPay customers can now Scan & Pay at the outlets of Akij Fair Value.
Recently, both the organizations have handed over the signed Agreements at the Head Office of Meghna Bank PLC.
Kimiwa Saddat, deputy managing director, Meghna Bank PLC, Mokhlesur Rahman Akhtar, CFO, Akij Venture Group, Sayed Joynul Abedin, director operations, Akij Venture Group along with other senior executives from both of the organizations were present at the occasion.
"Cashless transactions are not just an experience, it's becoming mandatory day by day. We dream to be a role player in next-gen cashless society and MeghnaPay is one of our digital initiatives" said Kimiwa Saddat.
