The 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Infrastructure Development Company Limited (IDCOL) was held on Wednesday at Board Room (Level-1), InterContinental Hotel, 1 Minto Road, Dhaka.
Md Shahriar Kader Siddiky, chairman, IDCOL and secretary, Economic Relations Division presided over the meeting.
During FY23, the company’s profit before tax and provision was Tk553.13 crore.
The AGM declared dividends totalling Tk100 crore based on the company's profit during FY23.
The dividends are as follows:
- Tk50 crore to be paid to the government as cash dividend
- Tk50 crore will be used for increasing the company’s paid-up capital to Tk888 crore from the existing Tk838 crore by way of issuing bonus shares
