Sheltech successfully handed over its first redevelopment project, Sheltech Enclave Tower, right on time, reinforcing its unwavering commitment to excellence.
This 20-storied residential-cum-commercial project, located on DIT Road, Malibagh, was delivered on August 24.
The handover ceremony, held at the Officers' Club, Baily Road, Dhaka, was attended by Md Sharif Hossain Bhuiyan, executive director of operations, Shajahan, chief operating officer, along with a team of engineers, architects, and other professionals from Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd, as well as the proud landowners, apartment owners, and commercial space owners.
