Job Responsibilities
- Leading a team to successfully execute project deliveries or provide customer support.
- Managing and nurturing a high-performing team, ensuring clarity of vision and individual satisfaction.
- Handling all technical requirements for ongoing projects and maintenance of devices, with a focus on achieving exceptional customer satisfaction through top-tier performance and service quality.
Educational and Experience Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (four years) in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering (ETE), or a related IT background.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the telecom/ISP industry, with a preference for expertise in Data-communication Networks.
Additional Requirements
Successful candidates will possess the following additional qualifications:
- In-depth working knowledge of key technologies such as MPLS, L2VPN/L3VPN, MP-BGP, OSPF, BFD, and VPN FRR.
- Preferred working experience with Huawei Datacom Products.
- Familiarity with industry standards/specifications, including IETF, ITU-T, IEEE, and the ability to develop technical specifications tailored to customer requirements.
- Preferred certifications such as HCIE, CCIE, or any expert-level certification in Data Network.
