Energypac Power Generation Limited has recently changed its name to Energypac Power Generation PLC.
Energypac, one of the leading power engineering companies in Bangladesh, has been aspiring to be the best-in-class end-to-end engineering solution provider.
This was done according to section 11- KA of the Companies Act, 1994 (Amended on November 26, 2020) and the decision was vetted by the general shareholders in the company’s general meeting held on June 14, 2023.
Energypac has requested all their concerned stakeholders related to the company to incorporate the name accordingly.
