Jams Construction Ltd, a concern of Jams Group has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bproperty.
Under the agreement, 92 residential properties across 15 projects of Jams Construction in Bashundhara R/A will be marketed and sold exclusively by Bproperty.
The apartments range from 1,000 sq feet to 4,400 sq feet in size, except the studio apartments which range from 500 sq feet to 800 sq feet in size.
The recent demand growth for property in Bashundhara R/A along with the opening of a dedicated Bproperty Marketplace in the area makes this the perfect time to form such a partnership, reads a press release.
The signing ceremony took place at Bproperty head office in Gulshan 1, where Nehal Ahmed, general manager, Primary Developments of Bproperty, and Md Shahadat Hossain, managing director of Jams Group signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
Senior officials of both Bproperty and Jams Construction were also present at the occasion.
