Finding the perfect flight
First, open the GoZayaan app on your phone.
Log in to your account and choose the flight option.
Choose from one-way, round-way, or multi city flights.
Type in the names of your departure and arrival airports and a drop down menu will appear.
Choose your departure and arrival destinations.
Choose your departure and arrival dates from the drop down calendar.
Choose the number of travelers.
You can also add child or infant tickets if needed. You can also choose between economy or business class seats.
After choosing all your requirements, press the “Search” button.
Now, you can browse through limitless flight options.
To ease your search journey, you can also choose different “filters”.
You can categorize your search by airlines, departure time, return time, type of aircraft, refund policy, stops etc.
Choose your flight and press the “Next” button.
Booking your flight
You will be taken to the booking page.
Kindly recheck your flight information and cancellation/reissue policy.
Choose any discount according to your payment method during this step.
Choose “Add Traveler 1” under Traveler details.
For domestic bookings, input your name and contact information.
If you choose to save your information, the website will automatically save your information for future bookings.

Complete payment

You can choose credit or debit card, MFS or even cash options for payment.
For credit/ debit cards, first input your card number to verify if you're eligible for the selected discount.

For MFS payment, firstly choose the MFS you want to pay with.

For EMI, you must use a credit card. Choose your bank and payment scheme.
After choosing “Proceed to Payment” you will be taken to your chosen bank's payment window.

Confirm booking
After confirming payment, you will receive an email or text message confirming your booking.
The email will have your booking voucher and payment invoice attached to it.
Within some time your e-ticket will be mailed to you from the GoZayaan team.
For further communication with GoZayaan, use the booking ID provided on the top of your booking voucher. It will help track your booking.
