Deputy Head of Mission of the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany to Bangladesh Jan-Rolf Janowski and a twenty-two-member delegation of the German Engineering Federation-VDMA visited Pran-RFL's Industrial Park at Palash of Narsingdi on Sunday.
The delegation visited different parts of the Industrial Park, reads a press release. The delegation also included Rajesh Nath, Managing Director at German Engineering Federation (VDMA) India Office.
Kamruzzaman Kamal, Director (Marketing) at Pran-RFL Group apprised the delegation of various aspects of the production process.
Earlier, a meeting was held at the factory's conference room about business potentiality including technology between the two sides.
The delegation expressed satisfaction to see the overall activities of the factory. Jan-Rolf Janowski said: “The steps taken by the group for manufacturing products using modern technologies are praiseworthy. German engineering sectors are working relentlessly to develop new machinery to ease the production process. Both parties will be beneficiaries through working with the newly developed technology in production sectors.”
Kamruzzaman Kamal said: “We are using the latest manufacturing machine in our factories to serve the customers. In a meeting, the information from the VDMA members about new technology will help us.”
Wing Commander Md Siddiqur Rahman (Retd), General Manager at Pran Industrial Park and Tanul Islam, General Manager (Pran) were also present at the program.
