Fair Electronics has received the President's Industrial Award for its contribution to industrialisation, employment generation and overall economic development of the country.
Industries Minister Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun handed over the award to Fair Group Director Mutassim Daiaan at an event held at the Osmani Memorial Auditorium in Dhaka on Thursday, reads a press release.
Fair Electronics won the award in the High-Tech Industry category.
State Minister for Industries Kamal Ahmed Mojumder and FBCCI President Md Jashim Uddin attended the event as special guests. The event was presided over by Secretary of the Industries Ministry Jakia Sultana.
