Based on the third quarter of 2022 results and the retained earnings up to December 31, 2021, an interim cash dividend of 260% has been recommended by the directors in its 257th board meeting held on Thursday through a digital platform.
Among others, Directors Anirban Asit Kumar Ghosh, Vice Chairman and Managing Director Shaibal Sinha, Director KM Rezaul Hasanat, Independent Director Shambhu Nath Jha, Finance Director, and Hashim Reza, Company Secretary also attended the meeting, reads a press release.
